Behind the book are freelance journalist Caroline Alesmark and photographer Peter Carlsson, both of whom grew up in Österlen and have deep-rooted knowledge of this mythical corner of Skåne. Caroline has previously written Hikes on the Skåneleden, Troll Forest and Fairy Dance and Gåtfulla Skåne. Peter has worked with various magazines and book projects for almost 25 years.
