Next door to Brösarp's fantastic Norra Backar is Lönhult on the road between Brösarp and Bertilstorp. In the holiday village Lönhult/Carlskärrs by we find many holiday homes, many of which are newly built.
The village is uniquely situated in magnificent countryside with five miles of hiking trails and more, just one mile from the beach and less than two kilometres from Brösarp which offers a high level of service, has prompted several national trade unions to build their member centres here.
I Brösarp there are schools, nursing homes, pharmacies, a medical centre, a grocery store with a system company, a car repair shop, a petrol station, a bakery, an inn, a butcher's shop, a hotel, a sports ground, etc.
The village and its surroundings are home to around 1,000 people. From the Brösarp can be reached quickly by bus Simrishamn, Tomelilla and Kristianstad. Taking the bus to the university in Kristianstad takes one hour. To Sturup it is 85 km and to Kastrup 115 km.
