which is considered by many, including us, to be Sweden's most beautiful course. Not least because of its formidable location with a number of holes along the edge of the Baltic Sea and others in the middle of the old Austrian apple orchards. Its exemplary management also contributes to making the round of golf a formidable experience even on days when the golf is choppy.
There is not much that gives the visitor the feeling of still being in the Kingdom of Sweden when playing this magnificent hilly moorland course. In that case, it would probably be Stenshuvud, which towers majestically on the horizon from most of the holes. No, rather it is much more reminiscent of La Cala down on the Spanish sun coast. And it's almost surprising that it's apples - and not lemons(!) - that grow on the trees in the valleys.
If you also add that the club also has 3 restaurants, a particularly well-maintained short-hole course - Korta Vik (6-hole course open even to those without hcp), pool, paddle and walking distance to one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches, life does not get any more difficult.
