Here you can eat marvellous pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven. With the best ingredients, organic and locally produced as much as possible, of course. We've been making pizza for real here for almost fifteen years. Long before there was a wood-fired oven in every corner.
Here it is our way. Our ambition is not to be an ordinary restaurant. Waiters may not stand at attention and food may take time...

For most people, pizza is fast food. That's not the case here. We make everything from scratch. We have taken care of and prepared most of the ingredients. We make our own dough with sourdough as a base and the pizzas are baked by hand while the fire is maintained. Many ingredients are added later.

So, relax, take it as it is - Peace is a wonderful place for those with an open mind and a peaceful heart...
In addition to a very wide range of beers and our own imported house wine, we serve our own apple must from our apples that have never left the farm. We also have our own apple brandy. A meal cooked over an open fire - could it be better. And to eat it where the road ends and the apple trees begin.

You will find us about 3 km outside Kivik. If you drive south towards Simrishamn turn right towards Vitaby after Kivik. After a few hundred metres turn right at the four-way junction. Up the hill and left at the Friden sign, just before Mellby Atelier.
At the end of the road we are. You should book a place and unfortunately, no dogs here.
