Johnny Åman's Hot 5 includes guitarist Chico Lindvall, praised for his sensual taste, technical brilliance and uncompromising attitude, Anders Bergcrantz, a hard bop musician, known as the world's foremost jazz trumpeter. Swedish drumming equilibrist Paul Svanberg and world-renowned pianist Jacob Karlzon. Our popular summer buffet can change appearance and content slightly depending on the availability of raw materials. But the set-up is the same with homemade bread & butter, herring with accessories, fresh salads and soup. A piece of meat, a fish dish and the house's incomparably good pie. Good sauces and accessories of course. And finally a coffee buffet with dessert.
